Kathy Kaye Foods - Worst Customer Service Ever Encountered
I ordered Caramel Cobs from Kathy Kaye Foods, on 8-7-13.A week later, I hadn't received my order so I called the company.
They told me they would be shipped the next day. A week later I called them again. I was told that they hadn't been shipped, but would be the next day and that I would have them by 8-26-13. Today is 8-27-13 and I still don't have them.
So, it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my order. I live in Colorado and the company is in Utah.
Horrible shipping process and lying employees.I would never order anything from these people, again.
Monetary Loss: $60.
